Forest Bathing at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens
Monthly sessions are available at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens all year round. Make a day of it if you can, lots more to see after Forest Bathing. Ticket price includes entry for the whole day!
£40 Includes entry to gardens and hot drink to close the session. 10am - 12.30/45pm
(Members get 10% discount)
Please note there is a parking charge for non members.
Anyone is welcome, whether you're a regular Forest Bather or a newbie! Regulars only session twice yearly (R) email me for booking link.

Mindfulness of Nature and the Seasons private sessions - £55
Join me for one to one mindfulness in nature sessions on private land, near Henfield. A chance to pause and sit with the seasons, discovering more about the natural world and ourselves through guided mindfulness and meditation.
