I really enjoy teaching the science of meditation in my sessions, in my own experience understanding the science encouraged me to keep practising and not give up. Mindfulness of Nature and the Seasons (private sessions available)
Join me for one-to-one or small group sessions, for mindfulness in nature on private land near Henfield, West Sussex. A chance to pause and sit with the seasons, discovering more about ourselves and the natural world through guided mindfulness and meditation. (Includes gentle walking).
